Filippo Groppi
Building product data systems since 2017, starting from industrial distributors and manufacturers. Full-stack developer, graphic designer and product strategist. I lead Docfire full-time from Parma.

Engineer with a PhD in Applied Acoustics. Has worked with Filippo since 2013, from Derved onward. At Docfire she drives strategy, client relationships and business development, connecting deep technology to real market needs.
What we do
Docfire is a composable platform with 9 modular apps in 3 layers: Data (Morphin PIM+DAM, Data Quality, Lifecycle), Operations (Supply Chain, Mark for labels/barcodes, Publisher for layouts), Intelligence & Integration (AI, Business Intelligence, Databridge iPaaS).
All 9 apps are live. End-to-end workflow & approvals, flat-fee AI (no pay-per-token), per-tenant white-label. EUR globally, monthly, no annual lock-in.
Where we come from
Docfire grew out of direct work with Italian manufacturers and industrial distributors between 2023 and 2025. Real paying customers, real catalogs, real pains: multi-hundred-page catalogs rebuilt by hand, suppliers each with their own format, datasheets always behind. In 2026 we consolidated tools and brand under Docfire as a composable, AI-native Product Data Platform accessible to SMBs in any sector with complex catalogs.
